After years of stomach issues and doctor visits, I learned I was extremely allergic to dairy. It felt like the world was crashing down on me, how could I ever give up cheese?

I was on a mission to find the best substations for all of my favorite dairy products. I tried nearly every single substitution on the market. Fake cheese, milk, butter, ice cream, yogurt, you name it. And most of it was of course, disgusting. It took me years of trial and error to find the best dairy-free products, and create the most delicious dairy-free recipes. I have finally mastered how to sustain a dairy-free diet, without depriving myself of my favorite meals. I now strive to help people with dairy allergies, or people just trying to cut dairy out of their diet, see how delicious and fun dairy-free meals can be when you have just the right ingredients.
